Our work is not only based on an excellent professionally and technically experienced procedure, but it also builds on several important principles.

Transparency

For us, transparency means that the client has a full overview of the cooperation at every moment during the consulting process.

Consulting at eye level

We consider consulting to be accompaniment, promotion and support at eye level. It is very important to us to create an open and equal work atmosphere, in which criticism and wishes are communicated openly.

All of our recommendations are always focused exclusively on the advantage for our client.

One of our most important philosophies is to support our client all the way. There is no selective problem solving. During our consultancy we always keep all aspects of the business in mind.

We are committed to never working with clients simultaneously, who are in direct competition with each other.

Pricing

Our prices are based on the current financial situation of our client. Therefore we are committed to working with teams within the framework of EXIST-grants and start-ups focused on social entrepreneurship at special rates.

Independent
problem solving

In accordance with the B!gründet-network and the Freie Universität Berlin we are committed to not directly proposing solutions to founders in our coaching sessions, but guiding, supporting and encouraging them while they develop solutions instead.

Practice
orientation

Being practice oriented in our core-areas technology and social entrepreneurship is very important to us. To guarantee this, we implement technological projects ourselves or support them during the concrete technological implementation.

Promoting the founders scene

It is important to us to actively and voluntarily promote the founder scene in Berlin. Therefore we support various initiatives such as the Funpreneur- or business plan competition in and around Berlin as business-sponsors, mentors or jury members.
